You would need to see a doctor for this one. There are a lot of things you haven't told us:

How long have you been sick for?
Did it come on gradually or suddenly?
Is the dizziness vertigo (room spinning around) or a lightheaded feeling (syncope)?
What the headache is like? - where in your head, what type of pain (tight/sharp/throbbing/whatever) it is, do you normally get headaches (eg migraines) and how does this one compare, what is the pattern of the pain with the headache ... etc.
What is your temperature?
How weak are you? Is it one side or all limbs? Can you walk? (You can obviously type or at least dictate)

Are there any other symptoms - vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, urinary troubles - burning pain when you urinate, going to the toilet more frequently, etc. breathing troubles - chest pain, shortness of breath, hyperventilation, tingling or numbness ...

Are there any ill contacts - people around you with viral illnesses etc.

What your usual health is like - are you on medications? What are your allergies?

etc.

And then to have examination findings...

Nevertheless - for the symptoms you describe you could be suffering from:

Dehydration (probably due to something else listed below)
Viral illness
-labyrinthitis
-upper respiratory tract infection /cough/cold
-influenza
-sinusitis
-gastroenteritis

Pneumonia, cystitis, pyelonephritis, abscess, intracranial mass lesion, autoimmune diseases (vasculitis, SLE, etc) can all cause this

try www.medrx.com, however your symptoms indicate a potentialy serious condition that needs to be attended to by a physician without delay. medrx, com may give you a general amount of information on your condition, based on your responses to prompts, however it's not an adequate substitute for a professional exam and diagnosis which you need without any furher delay. don't wait or hesitate, go get the real help you need. now ! i hope you're well soon and have a good christmas
