It is not shame but rather ignorance. The wise do not speak of what they do not understand, the ignorant speak without thinking. Shame lies in guilt. We should not feel guilt at our lack of knowledge, but rather inspiration to learn and to know. The first part of spiritual enlightenment lies in the realization that we know so little and understand even less. We as humans are luminous beings; our quest for knowledge defines us. It is not the destination which brings us closer to creation but rather the journey.
Great question!

just because somebody has a discussion on things they are not that informed on, doesnt mean they have any complex or feel any shame. to talk about it is to learn about it. if no one talked and explained things how would any of us ever learn anything? people know a lot and we shouldnt underestimate. we cant just assume nobody knows anything and were all talking out of our butts! and besides, a person has to use their brain. you cant believe everything you hear. you have to choose whats right and whats wrong.

If I was being asked, I'd be honest and say the things I only know of.
If I'm not asked then I just keep my mouth shut.
But I might notice if the one acting as "god" is bluffing....now that's a shame.

We continuously demanded to get paddled because of the fact it replaced into speedy and over with, in assessment to detention. I have been given paddled a pair situations. as quickly as contained in the 2d grade, whilst i replaced into purely a squirt, this instructor advised all and sundry to no longer get out of their chairs. i did no longer pay interest or hear her. She spanked me bare handed ideal in front of the class. Then the 2d time we've been contained in the 8th grade and we've been reducing college for like 28 days (i replaced into nevertheless wearing a B conventional) and have been given caught and the vice vital pulled us into the workplace and gave us 3 wacks with a super paddle that had holes in it. ahhhh, the good ole days :)

I try to only speak about those things I know about. But I like to listen to others if it's about something I don't know much about. I think the more you learn about something, the more you realize you don't know much. Those who know only a little probably haven't come to that realization yet. They think they know a lot, when they really don't.

Great point. I despise weak ignorant little people who apologize for Islam without ever having studied it.
I have studied Islam for many years, and those I know who have done the same, no matter what their background, all come to the same conclusion.

if that were the case, then no one should ever talk about god. If he/she/it does exist, we certainly have no true knowledge of such a thing, so no, i disagree. It is only through debate that we can become enlightened on the issue
