are the burners on an electric stove powered by 220 volts as the stove?

i am replacing my stove myself and when i turn the 220 power off i was going to turn one of the burners on to see if the power was off so i wanted to know if the burners were 220 also

If the stove plugs into a 220 outlet then yes when you turn the burners on and nothing happened the power would be off to the stove.

220 volts yes.
