If you don't know what the "3 day rule" is, I wrote it down here
[ If a guy is really interested in a girl, he will definitely call her within 3 days after their first date. If he doesn't call within 3 days, it means he's not interested in her-Girl Version ]
[ A guys has to wait 3 days before he calls the girl so he doesn't look deperate-Guy Version ]
Good? bad? I'm just curious of what people's reactions are

Well, its dumb. When you meet a great girl and get that time out, you can't wait to talk to her, so you wait 3 days sitting on pins and needles, when all you want to do is call her! Seems like a game to me.
I almost envy animals in this way, Humans have to go through such complex mating rituals. I used to try to do It my way by just being sweet and polite, speaking on how i feel, and get the "oh you're so sweet I really think of you as a friend".
It's a dumb rule but we have to live by it, or be single. Or surrender our will and give the other the upper hand. Older people always stress "no games" when they are in the dating scene (check out personal ads) Personally though I have really good luck by taking these rules and kicking them up a notch!

LOL That does sound like a breakdown in communication between the sexes.
In my experience though.... if a guy doesn't call within 3 days... he's never gonna.
Maybe what a guy should do is call 2 days after the date..... always 2 days.
If all guys did that and girls understood the message, then if they didn't call by day 2, she can stop waiting.

I call the girl I'm seeing right now the day after I met her. I got her answering service, so I only called once and then waited for her to call back.

I don't agree with any sort of number-day-game thing. I get my number asked for and sometimes I'm assertive and ask for the guys number. When I get a guys number I usually call him the next day. Don't rely on days, just go on feeling without being annoying. good luck!
