Why doesn't pch have a tracking system for online orders? I'm being sent emails, letters, & bills for merchan

I answered an email stating that the order was sent on such and such a date, and they are awaiting my payment. For what? First of all I didn't remember ordering anything; I'm not certain what the item is that is being identified by pch; and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ITEMS FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

your identity has probably been stolen. i suggest you check your bank statements and credit card bills, though if they are awaiting payment, your money probably hasn't been touched.
