COMOX or COURTENAY?
I am thinking about miving to either of these places, since they are all beautiful and the house prices arent to bad for new homes, plus how hard is it to get a job with BC FERRIES?
Yeah, I know this isnt a dating question but alot people are here on this category.

I live in Campbell River. It is the cheapest of all that you list. Housing is booming all over the island. About 150 new houses this year and estimated 100 next year in Campbell River. Comox valley was 350 and 300. I'm glad you find it affordable, I don't. But that is the market, lots of people retiring from all across Canada moving this way. Many selling houses in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, etc and have money to burn.

Ferry jobs must occasionally come up. But for CR and CV there are just a couple of small ferries on small routes. Nanaimo has the main ferry route. Watching the ferry tossed around in the waves today, I wouldn't want a ferry job. lol
