The most important thing is you will be around people going through the same thing as you are so you are not alone. You will receive counseling and advice on proper nutrition. These people are professionals and will not judge you and offer you great support.

I know you're scared. Doing something new is almost always a scary thing -- especially when it's something you aren't choosing for yourself. But the good news is that it's going to work miracles in your life. It might not be easy at times because you're going to have to deal with the issues that caused your anorexia, and you're going to have to eat some things that you probably won't want to eat. But through it all, just keep telling yourself that the people there really care and that they're doing what needs to be done to get you healthy, even if you don't always understand the methods. In the future, you'll probably look back on this as one of the best things that ever happened to you. I wish you the very best. I know you can take charge and be healthy again!

I just studied on that. a week ago or 2 there was a document on anirexic people in an anirexic and blimic rehab. U will not like it. They have rules and u will not handle it. But they help u and u will styart to get better and better. u will make friends but u prob cannot have food (maybe in ur rehab u can) because people might purg.
U will want to go home for a week or a few because they r changing u. I think u have to drink this thing called weight gain, but tahtw a sin the T>V show. U shoudl see it. When I was doing a poster on anirexic and blimic, (which was soo scary to look at the pictures I got) my mom told me to watch it with her. Far as I know, it isn't horrible, but it is diffrent.
Take deep breathes and sasy "These people will make me better, healthy, strong, brave, ect." Think aabout u healthy. Ur hair isn't unhealthy and u won't be sick looking. U will have a normal looking body and try ur hardest to stay healthy.

There is a great documentary out called "Thin" it follows four women as they go through a live-in rehab situation. It's a really touching film and I'm sure it will give you a better idea of what to expect.

They'll just help you get your life back together.
Like instead of starving, they'll teach you how to cook healthier meals and exercise regularly without obsessing.
They'll make you feel more self confident.
