I give my kids Sprite or 7-up to sip on when they are sick. The carbonation helps them burb and get rid of excess gas that might be causing the tummy ache.
Warm Liquids (like hot teas) can also help because the heat will calm their tummy.

My doc told me Chamomile tea in her bottle when she was 3 months old so I am sure it safe for any child.

Ginger soothes the stomach. weather it is upset or pain. use a teaspoon to 8 oz. of water. try it on yourself if you like warm or hot like tea.

Ask the doc because my daughter was always complaining about that and I found out she wasn't having regular bowel movements and then I found out her bladder wasn't developing with her body.
