There are women in my family that have them, but they are mainly from Western Europe. I know what you Are talking about....I think it's to do with Anglo women in general....
I have never seen them on any type or kind of other women! Maybe I have but just never noticed it........

It usually happens that women with very light or pale skin, their moles are more visible than others but the answer to your question is no as you cannot generalize in this case.

well Im russian, and I don't have any moles. But Ukranian people do have a genetic tendency to get large moles.
