The obvious answer, is to be yourself. If you are his type, he'll notice. Don't be afraid to talk with him. He can't notice you if you an "Unknown". Just be nice. If he is a good guy, and you are his type, he'll notice.

if your in school , start a rumor about u liking the person and if your outgoing that day pass by him and give him a wink as u walk by
and second just call him , when ur hyper and ur really happy , because he'll think that ur outgoing and funny at the same time :]
