any thing i can do to bring the stress down so i wont be stressed out all the time

It sounds odd, but exercise is probably the best way to reduce stress. Anything you enjoy -- playing a game like basketball, swimming, dancing etc.

Then, after your exercise, you can relax in the hot tub, and meditate!

yoga......is supposed to be a stress reliever, other exercises.... a good hot soak in a tub is a good one...
