I am 14, 5ft tall and weigh 150 pounds. I keep getting made fun of for my weigh. It hurts so i want to do something about it over Christmas break so I can come to school beautiful as I am on the inside.

There is no way to lose a whole lot of weight in just the 10-17 days you'll be on school break. You can use that time to focus on your goals and to try to develop new, healthy habits that will help you change your lifestyle so that you will get in shape safely and stay in shape for life.

Good for you! Don't let those people at school bring you down; you should want to lose weight for yourself, because it will make you healthier and happier. Happier in the sense that being fit allows a person to enjoy life more, get out more, explore more.

Dance, I have done it and have lost weight; my friend has done it an lost a lot of weight, over 100lbs. If you want to lose weight specifically in your thighs and arms, I think dancing is a great way to accomplish that. No matter what type of dancing I'm doing, I always feel the burn in my thighs first. Do a lot of arm motions to work the arms. You don't have to even be a good dancer for this to work, if you don't like dancing in front of people, do it when no one is home. Just turn the music on full blast and dance until you can't anymore!

try to do excersize. go to 24 hour fitness or try out some sports. i bet you you will find one you like. basketball isnt just for boys. oh, and scientists have prooven that the bananas contain a sent that makes you loose weight. I'm not being funny!!!! Also, you can get lypo or however you spell it. lypo sucks the fat out of you. it costs about... umm, somewhere around 1,000 dollars. hope this works for you.
