Ok, i looooove to eat and hate to excersice and also i work in a restaurant...have any tips to loose weight?

o.k how do i start this, before im also a fat guy, I mean a really huge guy, I try everything, exercise, gym, don't eat, and now Im already lose my weight, so the lesson here is HARDWORK!!!...so my tips for is TRY, TRY, and never GIVE UP!!!!!!!!! maybe it will take 3 months, a year, 2 years, whatever it is never give up o.k!

I work at a restaurant too.... I know the enviroment makes you eat more.... one starting tip I could give you is drink a lot water on a regular basis... (I drink 1 drink of water at least every 3 hours while at work.... and eliminate down on the sodas.... you'll lose noticable weight in about a month but I am sure by now I dont need to tell you there is nothing like excersing... to be in top shape

i lost 12 lbs in 2 months just by eating healthier and only when i'm actually hungry...it got easy after 2 weeks when i started getting full quickly. Also, if you eat slowly and drink a glass of water before every meal, not only do you enjoy your food, but you get full faster. The last two tips i have are to spead eating throughout the day in small, healthy snacks and just go for a half mile jog once a day.

Tips to lose weight without a diet
