Most commonly available would be the Bacardi 151 which is %75.5 alcohol.
If you can find it Everclear but its illegal in most places because it %95 alcohol.
Absinthe itself does not have a very high alcohol content but the wormwood is a hallucinogenic.
As for mixed drinks its hard to name the top one because someone can just mix 151 with a drop of something else and call it a mixed drink.

The strongest alcoholic beverage I know of when poured straight is Everclear - plain grain alcohol. I believe it's about 180 proof, which is 90% alcohol.

Long Island Iced Tea, or Hairy Buffalo. Both contain several different types of alcohols mixed together.

Straight Everclear. It's supposed to be 180 proof (90% alcohol) Vodka is 80 proof. (for comparison)

a shot called white china. It's a mixed shot, I believe it has 7 different alcohols in it, but I don't know what they are. This can seriously mess up even the most experienced drinker.
