Sometimes when you really can't stop yourself from hunger, what do you eat if you're on a diet? What food can help you with your diet and does not make you feel more hungry or increase your cravings?
Yes, I'm on a diet!
Also, can anyone tell me honestly (ignoring the fact that an inbalanced diet does harm to your body) whether drinking water and eating fruits/vegetables everyday enables you to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

I think the best way to loose weight and keep you weight is having a healthy diet with exercise. You should be eating the essential foods i guess you could just be counting your calories. The best way is to add some exercise. It will change your metabolism. Make it function better because it will burn your fat, and accelerate the consumption of calories. So you don't have to have a starving diet. Just a healthy diet hand in hand with exercise

Well it is never easy to losse a lot of weight. there is a way of course. I used to be kinda chubby now I am skinny. I had a crave for hunger and all that crap. What I did was limit my portions or take it easy. Like for breakfats, I would have whole weat toast with strawberry Jam and wine grapes, bannana, and tangorings sometime (yummy) and then I would have a little snack and I would sometimes have carrots with a little bit of peanut butter or that 0 cal butter spray form i can't belive it's not butter . Then for a lunch i would have a cobb salas without cheese and sometimes I would say no cheese or baccon. or I would have a chop salad. U caN GO TO THE GyM 2 times a week and I would take walks along teh coast or neighbor hood. U could get a dog and take a lot of walks with it. if u r stressed and problly get sick so offten. Take Supper B complex. U can buy it at teh markey near the vitimins. (take 1 table after a meal once a day which means 1 tablet a day). I swam a lot in teh summer like 20 laps. Join an activity or something. I don't know if u r a kid or an adult but it is good to get into a good activity liek tenies, gym, swimming, byciling. those r adult activities. What also u can do it have 5 small meals a day. u could by those kids plates and put a meal on it every 3 hours. (I know a few celebbs who used kids plates). Also, eat a lot of sea wood for 2 weeks. DOn't eat a lot of tuna but farm raised salmon. (or light tuna). eat a lot of fruits or veges.
my grandma is Soooooooo healthy. She looks 50 when she is 73! she is a fresh nut and she eats dilleshious meals.. she eats tons of fruit in the morning and english toast with jam and low fat I can't belive it's not butter. .

u could brush ur teeth every so ofteen an dthat makes u not wantt to eat any sweat foods. Drink lots of water, it fiulls u up. It is surprissing water, when u drink it fills u up because it is teh same way how food works. try new healthy things. I live in Beverly Hills and there is this club near this gym and they serve delish helathy foods that fill u up and the meals would be liek 200 cals for a meal. It would say how many cals it has.

One thing is NEVER strave ur slef or skip important meals, or eat too much over 2000 cals a day. After that summer I lost a lot. I lost 20 pounds. DOn't go to any fats food joints. maybe 1nce or 2wice a year. (I used to eat a t a Carols Jr. once a week 5 years ago..) But now i am 115 at 5 foot 4".

ANother thing is to make ur own HEALTHY homemade foodfs. U can get recipes form the foodnetwork and tehy have yummy homemade foods that i make.



Daily activity ideas:

1. Get up and jogg a mile in the morning

2. bring healthy snacks for work or home

3. drink a lot or water about 8 glasses a day is really god

4. I guess u can try slim quick, but not more than 2 cans a aday. but then go on for walks.

5. play with ur kids. helps u and ur kids to get a little activity.

6. Go to the gym or a high school (or middle school) on the weekends which alows u to play tenies or basket ball.

7. take yoga lessons

8. don't think so much on loosing weight or thinking u r fat. It makes things worse.

9. still hungry? drink some water, eat vegitables, an apple, or u could try dexitrime max2 0. I dunno if they work but donot take any real diet pills. I learn tHERE are many ideas.

10. stressed out? Take healthy vitimens in the morning and take walks along the beahc (if u r near there). I do that sometimes. I get things done earlyer. plan ahead.

Honestly, you won't be able to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks just by dieting alone. You need to work out extensively if you want to reach that goal within that amount of time.

I'm a personal trainer so I always try to perfect or better my diet. Here's what I have:
3 light meals, 3 snacks
I have one meal followed by a snack 2 hours in between. Portions matters a lot. It fuels your metabolism throughout your day. So if you're on a 2000 cal/day diet, I would figure out how to apply that to my meals and snacks.

I have a bowl of cereal in the morning w/ 1% fat milk and fruit. If not nutritutious cereal, then whole wheat whole grain sandwich with light meat. I could go on about this but just keep in mind, healthy foods and portions are key to a diet - Consistency (staying on and not cheating) follows after that.

Drink lots and lots of water. I also have 4 cups of green tea in throughout the day. If you're an adult, take your woman's or man's "once a day" vitamin. Get good carbs during the day and at night, say 7pm, cut the carbs. Proteins are also extremely important. That should be supplied throughout the day in your meals. You could also take natural supplements to help you out such as hoodia which helps curb cravings. Of course, use common sense when taking any sort of food supplement.

Take a look at the ingrediants in your food. In most cases, natural is better. No MSG etc. Remember, a salad with lots of fatty dressing isn't good for you: a salad with light non-fat dressing is better. Don't starve yourself! It'll cause you to gain unwanted weight instead of losing it (because your lean muscle mass starts to dissipate and become fatty tissue).

I'd much on carrots. If you are really still hungry between meals a banana is filling. Eat all of the salad you would like just don't use a dressing with fat or you might as well have a burger. Grilled chicken is good, tuna, fish, and I also just open up a can of vegetable and eat them out of the can, they have those nice pop tops now. Veggie soup is good made from scratch so you know what's in it. I have a three day diet that's supposed to make you lose weight. You go on for three days then off for four, on the four days you can eat what you like just not deep fried stuff like that. u obviously have the wrong idea about losing weight. u shouldnt diet, u should just chnage ur lifestyle into a more healthy one. instead of picking up a cheeseburger for dinner, make a steak with fruits and veggies, or fish. Pasta is okay a few times a week, and if u want to do even better, get low carb pasta. it tastes the same. Fruits are good for snacks, not full meals. And losing 10 pounds in two weeks is unhealthy. You should lose about 2 pounds per week with proper exercise and eating right.

I am on a diet and the Special K with berries is good to eat if you are hungry. Also I found a awesome web site that's free, its the Slim Fast website that is fun and easy to follow. I would not crash diet. Its stupid and well most of the time you will gain back the weight you lost and then some. Try to lose only 1 to 2 ibs a week. Good luck

I say try weight watchers meals, they are so good and it works. Just eat one for each meal (breakfast,lunch,dinner). I've been on it for a two months and i've lost 20 pounds.

drink water, water, water, and fruit juice. nothing else to drink. and just like get slimfast- they're stuff is actually good. but you can only have one a meal. and fruits are good. i personally don't like vegetables XD
