How do I join international Spanish chat rooms?

Yahoo does have Spanish chat rooms. Open your main messenger window and click the 'messenger' menu, and go down to 'Yahoo! chat'. When you get to pick a room, go to 'Cultures & Community', then 'by language', then 'Spanish'.

There are many rooms... usually only 1 through 5 have real people in them. ;) Beware the bots!

latinchat.com has a lot of international rooms.
