okay, so If I excercise everyday ( walking, pushups//situps//leglifts) and only eat LESS ( as little as poss) than 550 calories. and do this for 14 days, how much will I lose?

I am 5'7'' and a size 6 (AM/CAN) and I will continue eating less than 600 cals after the 14 days though.

so how much do you estimate i'll lose?

For a female, eating less than 1200 calories a day is not only bad, but will deplete your body of essential nutrients and cause your metabolism to slow down. Your body begins to go into starvation mode, which will cause it to store everything you eat into fat. A better option would be to eat 5-6 small meals per day, and keep yourself at 1200 calories. Never skip breakfast, either. Make sure the snacks you have are healthy (fruit, plain tuna, low fat yogurt). Drink lots of water, too, to help break down fat.

Do you really live in Harajuku?

You'll lose your mind after a while. You'll find you'll start having a panic attack if you accidently ingest 1 calorie over. You'll find less is always better than more and if you accidently have 500 calories one day it will set the bar for the next. If you suddenly think that maybe you should really be eating more than that mark at some point when you may get some idea that you should probably stop losing weight now because you are starting to look a bit skeletal and lose your hair and none of your cuts are healing and you are really cold all the time. You won't be able to get yourself past the guilt of eating over that point. It will feel too much like failure, Like binging, Like all wrong. Losing weight creates a mentality that down is always better and more admirable than up. You should be aware of where the staircase leads before you step onto it. The only good thing I ever got out of counting calories was better maths skills. I think I probably still have memorised the calorie count of many foods if I dare think there. If you don't want your life to be a nightmare. Don't try lose weight by numbers. They are unforgiving.

The only problem I see, once your off the diet, you'll gain all back and then some.

One thing is for sure, no one can tell you how much you will lose. Just because of your metabolism is uniquely yours and the rate the weight will come off ...
A size 6 for a 5'7" is a pretty small size. Really anything less than that is going to be medically dangerous. Your body has to retain some body fat or you'll loose weight in other areas, maybe bone mass. ... I'm not a nutritionist. but you could go here http://www.findanutritionist.com and ask them the ? your seeking.

You have to eat 900 calories a day just to keep your hair from falling out! As soon as you drastically drop your caloric intake, your body thinks you are starving and your metabolism all but stops to compensate for the loss. You may lose some weight with this method all be it a small amount but worst of all with such stunts your metabolism gets all messed up and you will always have a problem with the up and down. Is feeling tired ,sick, losing your hair and not being able to function normally worth the 5 pounds you might lose. You're going to gain it back anyway.

You'll lose a bunch of weight quickly, but that will be water weight. You will probably feel hungry but your body would adjust to that. If you cut out sugar and carbs, you will go though detox and have headaches and fell horrible for 3-4 days. But then you will stop losing weight after just a few days, because your body and its metabolism will think there is a famine and slow down. It will store all of your calories. And then when you do start eating more calories, you will put on weight. 600 calories is not enough for your body to maintain. and is not a healthy way to lose weight.

Everyone loses weight at different rates and the amount can differ even at varying points in a weightloss cycle. An accurate answer would be difficult to determine. By eating too little you lower your metabolism. Your body goes into a "preservation mode" and tries to store more fat for reserve. You undermine your exercise and health by doing so (Sorry, had to say it)

If you do this you'll be really hungry and after the two weeks are over when you start to eat regularly again, you will gain any weight you lost back PLUS some, because your starving body will cling to every calorie and turn it immediately to fat. Good luck with that. For a healthy weight loss/lifestyle plan visit this free website. http://www.sparkpeople.com

Here's an idea, eat at least 1000 and work off 500 calroies and you'll lose like a lb a week.

Otherwise, you won't lose weight, you will end up in a critical condition and die.

what proportion energy an afternoon do you devour now? 3500 energy is a pound so in case you decrease one thousand an afternoon you will lose like 3 lbs in that element i think of. lol. EDIT: No i'm asserting hypothetically in case you devour six hundred energy an afternoon for 10 days you will lose approximately 3 lbs. that's assuming your physique does not pass into starvation mode and what not.

This isn't good for you, and you could end up gaining more weight than you lose, as well as hurting you health. Also, working out is good for you, but if you are already thin and trying to lose weight, muscle weighs more than fat, so you might lose fat, but most likely not much weight.
