we shouldn't criticize other religions,we should attempt to understand what and why they believe what they do. this information allows us to show them where and why we believe they would be better of with our church or religion etc..... if they accept this you have successfully evangelized,if they do not at least you tried with charity prayer and kindness in your heart. condemning and judging others is generally a negative way to evangelize and usually turns people away, IMHO. i am roman catholic if this helps you decipher which answers are relevant or what specific people from whatever affiliation think. it is also note worthy that not all religions are pleasing to god, you shall have but one god and not have any false idols, there are many religions that ignore the true god or have multiple gods etc.....

I do not criticize people of other religions. Yes, there may be good people there but the important question is more of "Why are they doing what they are doing"? I believe the answer has nothing to do with God but with their own personal ambitions and benefit. They want to be glorified and not God. Everyone is precious in God's sight and that is why he wants them to be saved and have eternal life. Only through this act can one be called a child of God.

Not all religions are precious in God's sight. God has warned us about false prophets. More people should pay attention. The Antichrist will lead a worldwide religion as foretold in Revelation. Do you think God will like that one?
God Bless and Merry Christmas.

You're mistaken. If ANY religion has ANY basis in reality, it is only through the authority of the God who it follows. Therefore, if their God is not real, then their religion is false.
The world is a complex network of data. All data is either true or false, right or wrong. Don't believe me? Try creating a computer based on mathematical algorithms that don't equate. It's imossible for the simple reason that there really is true and false int he universe.
Therefore, logically speaking, it is a scientific fact that only ONE view of universal origin can be correct.

Because I have a right to free speech, I can criticize religion and churches all I want. If I wanted to go outside and say "God is imaginary and a stuck-up jerk who doesn't even want to be involved with his own creations, Jesus didn't exist, churches are there to brainwash people into believing they have a greater purpose and all religions are completely stupid." I could. That's what's great about living in this country.

Yes you are right we have no right to question any religion or church but not critizing doesn't mean the person agrees with that religion.
Respecting one another is a path to understanding one another. When we can respect one another then we can work towards a common goal.

Even though I am catholic, and majority of people know the catholics attitude about other denominations. I believe that God will take you to whatever denomination that will help you find your calling. He will also take you out of it if your ready for something else too. That's just me, however, I do believe that Jesus was the founder of the Catholic church and that He left St. Peter as our first Pope.

Anything can be criticized; church, religion, nation, and leaders should all be criticized for their hypocracy. When there is no criticism of these institutions, it makes it easier to get away with things, such as covering up child molestation.

So the Spanish Inquisition (done by the church) was "precious" in your god's eyes?
