I have a "jelly belly" and big thighs. What exercise is the best for me to do to lose them?

Any suggestions?

Please let me know what and how many times I should do it.

Eatting whole wheat bread is good but in moderation, too much high carbs like white breads, muffins, biscuits (especially those canned biscuits you pop open & bake -soo not good for you!)cakes, poptarts, etc will attach themselves to women in those areas as fat. Watch what you eat & try substituting good cereal w/milk for some of your meals once in a while. Cut down on some calories in a healthy way, try walking 25-30 minutes a day (I have a cheap manual, space-saving treadmill that works great... got it at Shopko on clearance one time for $50.00! -Weslo CardioStride Plus), & do light toning exercises. -not too much cuz you don't want to bulk your muscle up, just tone it. Best Wishes! Hope this helps! :)
P.S. remember the calestetics you did in P.E. classes? Do those. I do only 10 - 15 reps of each different type of leg lift (2 different outer thigh lifts, 2 different inner thigh lifts, & 2 different on your knees & forearms -where your back is level & lift your leg straight up toward the ceiling. -that works behind your thigh & your buttocks) 10- 15 sit-ups (2 different ones -crunches, where you just lift shoulders & rib cage off the floor towards your knees & the other one is where you lift your legs straight up towards the ceiling by lifting your butt off the floor thru your lower abs.) , & 10 push-ups. Slow & steady! :)
I'm 5'6" & around 123 lbs. I know this works!
You don't want to get too physical, too fast, cuz if you can't keep up with it, you can gain more. Any sudden, major decrease in activity level can cause muscle loss & fat storage. That's why they say yo-yo dieting is bad. And that happens to some football players after they retire -some balloon up- cuz they just don't keep up with the high activity. I don't know if that came out right or if I explained it right. I hope you can understand, anyway! (sorry!) Go at a slow pace that you know you can keep up with & you'll see & Keep your results! :)
Don't stress if you miss a day here or there! :)

All exercises would be good, but you should also try to cut of some of the food like Burger King, McDonald's, and Buffets. You can still eat but eat healthy.

Take it from someone who eats HEALTHY 24/7.

Even if you tone up the muscles, you have to lose the fat on top of them (I'm there now.) So you have to diet and walk or run regularly. Also, avoid alcohol and steroid medications... and avoid stress because all those make fat deposit more easily on your stomach and butt.

Definitely, cut your calorie intake maybe 10% and run/walk 5x/week. You'll see results soon!

Cardiovascular combined with allover weight-training. No target exercises will spot reduce particular areas of your body. The best thing to do is lose the fat.
