Is this a homework assignment? If so, try linking how anorexia is related/caused by social demands to be thin, and promotion by media and design industry to sell cloths made for, advertised by, and sold by thin people. Neither one of them directly cause anorexia but they promote the culture that will favor the condition condusive to be anorexic.

society deffinitely does
things like:
media, school, friends and peer pressure, fashion, etc
i'm not sure about economics.
maybe economics can lead to depression and that can lead to anorexia.. its a bit of a stretch.. and i'm no professional on this topic tho.
