Not Europe. The most generous countries are in the Middle East, believe it or not.
After Hurricane Katrina, the U.A.E. gave the U.S. $100 Million dollars to help in the recovery & rebuilding effort. They weren't the only Middle Eastern country who donated large amounts, either.
France gave us sleeping bags and tents. Tents! Where are the NOLA refugees supposed to pitch tents? In the Gulf of Mexico, which was currently in the middle of their streets?

If you look at the UN and all the money the United States gives them as individual nations, you will find those same nations voting against the the United States. So why are we giving them aid at taxpayer expense? They were never on our side and have already turned on us. The OPEC nations literally have us by the short ones.

While many countries sympathised with us after 9/11, only a few have helped us hunt down the terrorists.
After any earthquake in the U.S. look at how much help we receive. Not much at all.
No, we are the one's expected to help everyone else but when the shoe is on the other foot, we find out who our friends really are.

NO!!! Did you not hear about all the Americans who got the land they bought stolen from them by the mexican government? On top of that Mexico wont even help their own, so why in the hell would they help someone else?
