Microsoft publisher insert weblink?

in microsoft publisher im creating a website
i want to know how to insert a link to another page within a page instead of on the navigation bar on the side

Highlight the text that you want as the link and go to Insert>Hyperlink/ From that box, you can either select another page or file within your website or you can enter the address of another location on the web.
