A good massage. from your neck and over your scalp, across your forehead and around your ears.

Water, if you're dehydrated.

If you have the headach because you're too hot, use cold packs on your head and around your ears. Otherwise, soak a washcloth in hot water and wring it out, and lay that on your forehead.

Feel better!

Depends on the type of headache.

If it's a sinus headache... (temples, forehead, cheekbones, behind eyes, also if your upper teeth/jaw ache)

Most homes this time of year have the heat on, which naturally reduces the humidity in the air. Dry air = dry sinuses = pain. If this is the case, either turn on a humidifier, start simmering a large pot of water, or just breathe the air in the shower.

If it's a tension headache... (back or neck stiff, pain following muscles from your skull)

Use some Flexall, BenGay, IcyHot or other cooling/warming treatment. DO NOT USE A HEATING PAD WITH THESE!!! While waiting for these to work, you can use an ice pack or massage.

If you have a severe headache... (seeing twinkles in your eyes, sounds bother you, bright lights cause more pain)

You may be suffering from migraines, cluster headaches, or other severe headache type. Please seek medical treatment.

If your headache does not get better... ABSOLUTELY SEE A PHYSICIAN. Headaches do not occur for no reason, they always have a cause. Please make sure that you are not ignoring a potentially serious warning sign.

I agree that there is no good home remedy - you really need to buy a quality flea control product. Remember that if your cat has fleas, then your carpet and furniture also have fleas. And if you travel by car your car will have fleas. Which means sooner or later YOU will have fleas. Yuck, yuck and yuck! Advantage is O.K. but I prefer Revolution. It protects against more critters than the Advantage and is just as safe. Garlic is supposed to help, but in the cats food, not it's water. Other than that the only "home" remedy I can think of is to stay at a better quality of hotel!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Take the bark of willow, cut it up, boil it in water, strain out the willow, drink water when comfortable temp.

One could also attain the bark of a willow tree, put it in a coffee grinder, put the ground bark where the ground coffee would go in a coffee maker, drink.

(make sure the bark is relatively fresh, not dried out too much)
