Yes it is, at the time we thought there were weapons of mass destruction, and even now that we know their werent,( his generals apparently thought there were), we know that he always aspired to have some. The unfortunate events that have happened in Iraq cannot solely be blamed on us, they were bound to happen eventually, though we initially handled the situation very poorly. If we had known what we know now I dont think we would have invaded, mostly because of the threat that Iran poses, but hindsight is 20/20 and we have to finish what we started, we cannot leave those poor Iraqis to their fate, unless they ask us too. On the plus side they do have a democratically elected government that seems incapable of solving the problems in and around baghdad, I think we should redeploy our soldiers into combat positions in and around baghdad until the Iraqi army is ready to handle combat responsibilities, so that we can stop this sectarian violence.

No.Saddam was an evil tyrant but at least the Iraqi people knew what they were dealing with. Now they don't even know if they go to the store to buy a loaf of bread if they will get home alive.
Most people believe this was about WMD's.WRONG.
President Bush issued an ultimatum giving Saddam and his family 48 hours to leave Iraq or he would invade. That is the reason that this invasion was illegal.
Iraq is now in a state of civil war and all because Bush wanted to finish the job his daddy should have finished years before

Justifiable is something you have to decide for yourself. If you look at the facts - we removed an evil dictator and brought democracy to that region. We have opened schools and done many other humanitarian projects in that country.

Were the reasons given enough to justify a war? That is something that only history will decide. Have we kept terrorists from attacking us in the US? Yes, so far.

Have we created more terrorists? Maybe there are more but I don't believe that we created them. People are always looking for something to believe in and unless they are presented an alternative by moderate Muslim leaders, this is what we will get.

I don't know if anyone can answer your question yes or no at this point. History will have to tell us.

This is a poor Question if you really are a Marine!!!! You stand behind this decision no matter what. If you are a Marine then you should have taken that Oath!!! The Marine below me is 100 % on the Money with this. That shows a Stand up Marine!!!

whether or not a War is justified depends entirely on the eye and motives of the beholder and how it touches them.
to the people dead dying ,maimed and wounded,no war is ever justified

for those who are waging the War it is another matter
reason are always created ,and wars are a componant of the strategy of divide and rule .
to keep humanity into seperate groups ,so that people can be controlled easier, and money can be made on the conflicts

the leaders (the eyes in the Pyramids)of oposing sides in any war are closer and more loyal to each other(many are genetically linked) than to the cannon fodder(the masses below) that gets wasted.Check www.infowars Bloodlines of the Illuminati by David Icke, which demonstrates the genetic links between world power today and in the past.

As far as Iran is concerned apart from having the richest oil reserves in the world (the oil business is under Illuminati or Mason control)
It is also the site of Semuria ,home base for the Anunaki (see Anunaki PDF),the City Of Ur and MU(legendary cities like Atlantis),And later on Babylonia(illuminati home base) ,where all organized religion was born.

The cradle of Humanity ,the site of the original Garden of Eden ,check a BBC documentary called the garden of eden, an Island in a dried up lake that has grave mounds of very tall people that got to be hundreds of years old.(were these the Nephilim of Genises the sons of the gods who were the Anunaki)

Later became Persia one of the most dominant world powers ever (remember Alexander the great)

In short Iran is the most important archeological site in the world from a religious point of view as well as the origions of Humanity,

the home base of the dominant world power that prevails to this day ,who are behind Bush pulling the strings ,like the Round Table, the comunity of Rome ,the Bilderberg group ,the thule society and many others ,mostly Free Mason elite.above 34 degrees

is it any wonder that these People and the Christian world in General have alterior Motives for wanting Iran under their control, the Illuminati plans over a very long time ahead (hundreds of years)the avarage person only thinks in terms of a few years,
when they were selling arms to their friend Saddam in the past ,they already knew exactly what they would be doing today .

Many secrets are still uncovered ,and many secrets must remain ,they are not for mere mortals eyes

this world power will invent or stage any justification that the public would accept
and by using propaganda create enough hate ,to realise their Agenda.
