The way I see it you have nothing to lose by calling him and seeing whats up, but you could gain a relationship. I know its hard a lot of times to call a guy because 1)personally i'm very shy when it comes to relationships and dating and find it hard to take initiative, afraid of getting hurt and what not. 2)society makes us think that the guy has to do everything, but sometimes they are afraid to take that move just like you.
there is a possibility he doesnt like you and there is an equal one he does. you just have to find out by taking charge.

Don't take the initiative, you'll look desperate. He is an idiot like most men. Follow the Wednesday rule. If he said he would call on the weekend and you pass Wednesday and he then calls for a date, be busy this weekend. You'll look too eager. Good luck.

this is what men do,he may have really wanted to call you,but working ,taking care of family matters,stopping with the boy's for a beer,etc.now to much time has gone by and he lost his nerve,one thing don't ever call him first,he'll think your a push over and use you like yesterday's newspaper,try to be some place you know he'll be,by accident,good luck.

Well you know how guys are like shy about meeting the girls of thier, so give hte guy some slack, and give him about three days to call, and if he doesn't talk to him. That'll be easier for both of you guys.

how long has it been? If it's been more than a few days he might have just been trying not to hurt your feelings. Do yourself a favor and move on - then if he calls you'll have more perspective and can decide for yourself if he's worth it.

He probably lied if he hasnt called and it has been more than a few days. Try calling him and see how it goes.

is not if he likes u is if u like he to be waitin on he to call. but he probably a shy guy wit low self confidence. dont stoop low and call him at all let him make the first move. if u bott up to him anywhere act normal u know u a woman do wat we do best all the best

He's shy and he doesn't know why :) seriously though maybe he's not sure as to how you reacted to what he said so he's afraid that you'll hate him now ... guys are like that sometimes ... dense :)
