i am in love iwth this guy and he always flirts with me and i seem to never get any where with him what do i need to do i already act like a hoe around him???

Acting like a hoe is probably the way into his pants, not his heart.
Try showing him a formidable woman who respects herself and is interesting beyond her sexuality. Nothing is sexier than a smart confident humorous person.
Also, being overly available is the best way to drive him away.
