Does anyone out there know what u can eat to get food posining?

You can get food poisoning from absolutely any food that has been contaminated by harmful bacteria or viruses. Examples: Salmonilla, Escheria Coli, Rotavirus. Basically, food poisoning is just one type of infection, just as a cold is a viral infection, athlete's foot is a fungal infection, and an ear infection is bacterial (90% of the time.)
There is no one food that causes food poisoning; it is a combination of contamination, poor sanitary procedures, and improper cooking.

i imagine you'd be positive. You were eating prepared nutrients from the freezer. those ingredients are generally precooked. Your abdomen is hurting because you're concerned about being ill. loosen up, drink some milk. in case you initiate throwing up, i wager i replaced into incorrect.

raw chicken. But it's not pleasant and can kill you. I was sick for weeks with it.
