We currently have no heat in my house (we are getting it fixed- but it should be a few days). I want to know what a safe temperature would be indoors for a small dog (8 lbs). Right now its about 57 degrees- she seems fine but I want to make sure whats safe because otherwise I will bring her somewhere during the day.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would put a jacket or sweater on her and give her some blankets to snuggle in.

my dog is 6.5kg and has happiliy lived in our house with temperatures going to about 5 oC. he loves snow. i guess it depends on the thickness of the fur. you can always try boarding her if you are concerned. sorry i dont know how to convert lbs and temp

If the dog seems to not be shivering than she will be fine
