Last weekend, I went to Bath and Body Works in Fort Wayne, Indiana. There were bottles of shampoo on one of the counters that said Try Me on it. How are you supposed to try shampoo at a store?????????????????

maybe it meant to use a little on your hand to smell the fragrance? or the softness?

Oh man I hate that. Last time I went to Bath and Body works and tried on soap because I didn't read the bottle. Hands were all gooey until I got to a bathroom to wash it off.

1. Smell it
2. Put it on your hand, feel texture, etc.
3. Go to the sink (assuming they have one in yours), and just try it on part of your hair. Paper towels should be provided. Of course, I wouldn't do this... lol

It's probably just to smell it and feel the texture of it. They may have sample bottles you can purchase cheaply to take it home and really try it out.

Haha, I think it was more of a "smell me" thing. Although I bet the salesgirls would get a kick out of you trying to actually use it! :-)

LOL! I always wondered that. I guess they mean for you to just test the scent to see if it's something you would like. Oh well, I love B&BW.

ask them to use the employee bathroom and wash in the sink DUH your only supposed to smell it not actually use it if everyone that went into the store used it they would need to restock everything every few days and lose alot of money too

These were put out by store morons who dont know any better. Do you honestly expect people of intellect to work AT THE MALL!!!!!???!?!!
You might as well equate them with people who work at Burger King - they work there because they have no degree and have no choice.
