Is there any pills you can take to help lose weight that are easily found, like not needing a prescription? Any suggestions on easy weight loss, i need to lose it by January 6th if i can. Thanks.

I'm about 110 and i want to be around 100. I'm 5'2. I currently eat about less than 1000 calories a day, and i eat healthy stuff. So i'm not a terrible overweight, but i just want to be skinny again.

Hi May, sorry about these jerks on here who think they know every and are not answering your question. Diet and exercise is the best way to go for long term weight lost, everyone knows that but sometimes we need a little extra boost in the beginning. But, anyway enough rambling I dont know of any OTC weight loss pills, let me if you find a good one. But be careful and do your research about the pill you will be taking.

Nothing with ephedra or Phen, in the title. Good luck.

I don't like diets. The first three letters in the word spells die.

Sears use to sell a pill with a tapeworm in it. It would eat the food in your stomach before you could digest it.

I think that was a while ago though like around to turn of the century.

Sound good though, huh? Sure beats having to exercise and get sweaty. Why just this morning I had a tremendous urge to go work out, so I just laid down until it went away.

Something tells me that if a tapeworm in a gel cap was available through a network marketing concept, drberger03 would recommend that along with Hoodia.

The fastest way to lose weight is exercise.
If you run for at least 15 minutes every morning. You will lose 5 lbs the 1st week. But, you have to keep exercising to keep losing and to stop gaining weight. The second week your weight loss will not be as significant as 5 lbs.

If you exercise every single day, you can lose 10-15 lbs by January 6th. I recommend morning running AND some other exercise later in the day.

no such thing as easy weight loss...keep your calories at about 1500 a day, and exercise. basically eat healthy and exercise, not excessivley, and you will lose weight. fast weight loss is really unhealthy and if you lose it fast, youre going to gain it back fast, too. good luck! :)

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings
