how is good does a treadmill work an how fast or how bout a situp machine like the ab scissors

I dropped a lot of weight fast one time by doing the low carb thing. I pretty much followed the Atkins diet. After a while, it gets real boring, though. And, it probably isn't healthy to stay on it a long time.

For a quick short-term fix, it worked for me.

healthy or nonhealthy..?

healthy, cardio, exercises/ Treadmill is mild cardio. Situp machine, not so. Try fast paced routines, running/jogging.

Nonhealthy, dont eat. try drugs that help you don't eat.

2 hours of cardio a day will do it. Run, Row, exercise bike. Eat at regular intervals all day.
