Well as you already know he doesn't answer the phone and when I tell him to call me bacC he says he will but he doesn't. It's not that I call him repeatedly because I have only called him twice today (both times he didn't answer) and yesterday once and we talked for oh I don't know 28 sec. So whats going on with him?

Well it depends on what you're calling him for.
My best friend comes over once a week to hang out and watch movies. His girlfriend is extremely jealous and possessive and will call constantly when he's here for absolutely nothing. Most of the time she will pick a fight with him because he's having fun with a friend instead of her. He ends up getting angry with her and then stops answering her calls.
Maybe you're calling to much or for the wrong reasons?
It's important to give him time to do other things and see other friends and he should do the same for you.

Sweetie, he is playing games. He sounds really immature.
It's time for you to take control of the situation and not wait on him anymore. I would suggest you talk about it first, but seeing as how he won't answer your calls or talk to you for longer than a few seconds, that's out of the question.
I wouldn't keep a guy like that around.

his most likely messing around w/ some other girl like always all guyz cheat in there life...or his to buzy so therefore he probably doesnt have time 4 a girlfriend....so dont call him back until he calls you...yea i know thats really hard...but be patient!!!! and if he doesnt call you after 1 week in a half den call him and tell him whats up does he not wanna b with u anymore n from there you will c wat happens if he doesnt answer then jus leave him a voicemail saying that its OVER!!!

that dosent mean he dosent like you, i like this girl to death, but im just not "phone-talking-kind-of-a-guy", a lots of guys dont like talking on the phone like girls dose, its just diff with guys, plus i always tell my girl ill call her but i dont, but she knows that i love her
