My neighbor has at least fifty outside cats. What kind of treat can I put out to get rid of them?

HEY, IF IT'S YOUR OWN PROPERTY THAT HAPPENS TO ACCIDENTALLY HAVE RAT POISON THERE THAT'S EATEN BY OFFENDING FELINES.....? WELL?????????? YOU'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ONE FACT.

Humanely, you can get a live animal trap (usually from your shelter or Animal Control division) bait it with cheap canned cat food and trap the cats. Take the cats to the shelter. Keep doing this until the problem is resolved. It's not the cats' fault that they are being hoarded, so don't put poison out, just trap them and shelter them.

they have this great fox powder that you can sprinkle through out the perimeter of your yard. the smell, which is invisible to you, is totally discusting to them and deters them from your yard. trust me it works like a charm!
