Also Salt is a good substitute for salt without the nasty bitter taste of most salt substitutes. Its lower sodium and not as bad for you.

I don't think there is any 'good' salt but i use Morton lite salt..it has about a third of the sodium of regular salt but tastes better to me. Try it out you might like it :)

Sea Salt, its not good but not as bad as regular salt either. Your store will have it.

Sea salt is good- and Kosher- Kosher's granules are huge!! Or if you want to be funny- POpeye is a good old salt!! LOL-D

i prefer kosher or grey salt for most of my cooking stuff as it has a much cleaner flavor and does not contain iodine in it like mortons. Although I do use plain old mortons for baking.
