I also believe our Lord and Savior was born to Mary, who was chosen by God to bring His Son to us.
And, I believe your use of His name, and the slant of your question is disrespectful to Him, and those of us who follow Him.

If by your question you mean Mary, yes I believe in Mary, it is explained to me quite nicely so here it is
[003:042] And (remember) when the angels said: "O Maryam (Mary)! Verily, God has chosen you, purified you (from polytheism and disbelief), and chosen you above the women of the 'Âlamîn (mankind and jinn) (of her lifetime)."
