My wife usually prepares a traditional punch for our family Christmas party. Several members, including herself, are now diabetic. She is trying to find a sugar free or diabetic recipe that is similar to the one she usually makes. The punch she usually makes contains pineapple juice, 7up, and sherbet along with a few other things I can't remember. I have searched yahoo and have not found anything that is close to what she is wanting. Since she thinks I am a guru of the internet and if it's out there I can find it I really need some help to save my reputation :-). I appreciate all the help and hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Christmas.

Use the same recipe w modifications- like sugar free sherbert- sugar free 7up- (pineapple juice probably has a high glycemic index- ) you could use pineapple flavored cool aid and add splenda or stevia to sweeten it-use directions on pkg- that should take care of the sugar free- Blessed Merry Christmas-D

Actually, if you use pineapple juice and diet 7 up, with less sherbet, people with diabetes should be able to drink the product, they just have to count 1/2 cup as a fruit serving.

What about trying something with Crystal Lite, diet 7 Up and fancy ice cubes?
