No....don't become a stalker. Asking her out twice looks desperate. Give it a couple years and try again.

If you take time to find out why she said no and try to change your approach then the second time your chance will be higher for a yes. If she still says no then at least you can be friends.

Of course there is, but by them saying no the first time around it lessens the chance of them saying yes the second.
Remember don't plan it out, just let it happen, women can sense when a guy lacks confidence a mile away.

There could be but it really depends on the time you give...if you wait like 5 mins then go back, of course the answer will be no but if you wait for a little while, talk with her, let her know your still interested by showing it and not telling her, ask in about a month...get to know her and make sure she doesn't have another man!

Not normally. Most people don't do the whole "hard to get" thing, usually if someone you like asks you out, you say yes. If the girl said no, take it seriously and move on. You don't want to seem desperate or like a stalker. :-)

well sometimes but most of the time it actually means NO you have like a 2% chance of her saying yes

I think so. It may give the female time to look over her feelings. Maybe deeply inside she likes you too but doesn't know it yet. If she has no again then move on because it will make her angry prob after awhile.

maybee....i did it once and it didnt work too well but the guy was an a-hoollleee. sooo...what i suggest is to get to kno her a little better and invite her somewhere with a group...then, go for it. if she says no a second time then she obvi isnt worth ur time! good luck!

hum...maybe like if she laughed and said no but you still could see it in her face that she kinda wanted u to beg her then yea maybe if u keep on trying and ask her to give u a chance to get to know u and hang out...
