If you have specific facts that lead you to believe that a child, whom you know personally, is being abused, exploited, or subjected to being involved in child pornography, and you know where that child may live, you need to contact your local law enforcement immediately to report it. (Dial 9-1-1) Every second that goes by without you reporting it is one more second that the child is being victimized.

If you have identified an instance where a child is being exploited on the Internet, but you don't know where that child lives, you can go to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) Website at:

NCMEC is very well organized and will definitely forward your information to local law enforcement, a regional ICAC task force, and/or Immigration & Customs Enforcement.

The police in the city (or the state police in the state you live in) as well as Yahoo. This is not something that is taken lightly by anyone. I would venture to say that even if this encounter didn't occur in connection with Yahoo they would probably assist with the apprehension of these people as they seem to be a leader in trying to control Internet content and the access to said content.

Your local police service may have a dedicated unit that deals with cyber crime. Call your regular complaint line (not 911) and tell them you want to report it. They will instruct you on the best course of action.

Call the FBI. Look in the phone book under U.S Government. If you can't find it in the phone book try information. If that doesn't work, dial 911. This is an emergency.

chances are that if its still up its not real child pornography. alot of pictures look real but are not, they are 'photoshoped'. it can also be considered art. if its just a naked child, it is 'art' but if the child is doing something suggestive or some one is doing something to the child, then you can report it.
