Not directly - but they are out there. Try a search on "racing schools texas" I suggest this because most of these schools have a defensive driving course.

If you're willing to travel, I can recommend the Bondurant School in Arizona, or the new school in Utah at Miller Motorsports Park. Both are run by colleages. You can also try contacting skidcar.com. They sell skid cars to law enforcement agencies - and those may have a program in your area as well.
