What is the evidence for intelligent design? Please provide examples from scientific studies and appropriate sources. Do not include arguments against evolutionary theory. I would like to see EVIDENCE of ID.

There is no direct evidence for Intelligent Design.
Behe's book, Darwin's Black Box, has examples of structures that appear to be too complex to have evolved. He presents his case well, and I'd recommend you read it. He's wrong, but the book will make you think, and thinking isn't a bad thing.

That is such a cop-out! You show some evidence for evolution!
And don't say that fossils prove evolution - if fossils prove anything its that there are no 'in-betweens' accross species, and that plant life has no possible evolutionary explanation.
