i'm 5'2 and weight 110, i want to lose 10 pounds, how should i do it?? thanx for ur help!

Why? You're a perfect weight for your height.

But if you want to, change your diet and exercise more. The trick is to burn more calories in a day than you take in.

i found the e book to be very informative and common to envision. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms in contact that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too with out postpone. i will admit i haven't observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed ingredients and meal plans (yet generally) and doing little or no workout, however the burden retains flying off. It for sure works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the advice. i've got under no circumstances bought something like this previously because of the fact they're often crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. get all started immediately!

You don't need to loose 10 pounds. I am also that height and healthy weight is 105-115. I do have a solution for getting toned though. Do www.t-tapp.com You don't need to loose weight, but maybe you will be happy if you tone up your muscles and get a J-Lo bottom like me.

I would not loose weight,110 Is a good weight for you,It also depends on how you carry your weight and how you feel that Is more Important

well there seems to be a lot of hostility regarding your wt.. at 5'2 it's not unreasonable to wanna loose 10 lbs, it's all dependent on how your body frame muscle tone etc is.. but at 5'1 105lbs from 370 lbs i took a slow process that included plenty of exercise, proper diet of protein less carbs some carbs are essential to a balanced diet watched my fat grams no fast food or TV dinners.. speak to a nutritionist at your local hospital.. good luck

don't eat sweet( including sugar for tea or cofee),fat,and rice, eat more vegetable and fruits , you can eat little amount of cooked meat and cereals ..etc
never eat in between meals ,but drink a cup of water and some salats half an hour before meal if you can .
walk as much as you can.
drinking juice , pepsi or alcohol is not good.
hot baths are beneficial.
sleep for a shorter period , just in night.
sell your car and use bicycle. and good luck

Take it really really slowly. Make slight lifestyle changes rather than trying to crash diet - that way it will not only be easier, but you have a better chance of keeping it off

replace your scale with a tape measure aim for 32 1 2 inches or less for women and 35 inches or less for men
