will i lose alot of weight that way?

If you stop eating, your body will think you're starving, and will burn off muscle to save fat cells. Therefore, it's probably not a good diet plan. (It seems backwards, but it probably served our distant ancestors well at some point.)

It's not necessary to stop eating. In fact most people who know about this will tell u to eat 5 times a day instead of 3, smaller and healthier of course. But not eating will not work for specific reasons mentioned above and would not be healthy at all. The key is exercise, nobody wants to hear it, but that's it.

You still need to eat to be healthy. Here, just think of it this way, if you stop eating, or don't eat as much, that will slow your metabolism down, therefore when you start eating again, you will gain weight a whole lot easier. Just eat healthy and exercise and you will lose weight. good luck. :)

Yeah you will lose weight but I don't know where you'll get the energy to excercise. And you're bound to binge when you get to the one meal in you're whole day which can lead to over-eating. Just eat 3 meals a day keep your food portions alright plus add in some excercise.

You might get anorexic. Rapid weight loss is never good. Never ever. You'll lose a lot of weight at first, but it'll be water and muscle. Your metabolism will go into starvation mode and you'll burn FEWER calories, besides looking and feeling bad. As long as you're not eating obscene amounts of calories, a good hour of exercise a day will get your weight off, but eventually.

Well actually if you eat just one meal a day, your metabolism will slow down a LOT and ull be f**cked

Yes but it's not quite healthy, you can develop gall stones and pancreatitis from rapid weight loss

no--you should have three tiny meals ..lots of water..at least 3-5 bottles of water aday..your body will on want food and it will make you feel sick and at nite you will wake up hungry..have small oatmeal in morn..grilled chicken sand..no tom..then salad or tuna is great at nite..can use two tbl of mayo..onion..pepper.. try it
