probably the most healthy way would be to eat half of the amounts you eat now at all your meals and stop eating after 6 or 8.

otherwise running usually helps lose the fat

There are alot of fruit you could eat + exercising
jump rope, about 10-15 min make sure your heart beat are around 130/min that's the burning saturated fat point.
All citrus fruits attack the fats directly. Dried apricots, eat about 10-20 (don't be too far from a washroom) very good for the system.asparagus, celery,onions,all pimentos!!! If it's strong, it will burn away the fat. careful for stomach.fish. I took my sister for a training to burn away unwanted fat in 2 weeks, she got down 2 sizes. every night, go for a nice run 20min and the jump rope or just jump around the place. That is the best and fastest plan you could do I promise you'll have results!!! You should get out of table and still have an appetite. Not hungry, but not rolling away from the table... Good luck

im not going to give you a simple answer like everyone else does just to get points but this is all i can think of:
well you can cut down on anything that isnt healthy and eat vegetables
you can do crunches which really do help
find a way to sweat by going in a sauna or excercising
if its hot where you live start swimming because it burns A LOT of calories
and thats all i can think of
and u just reminded me that i have something coming up and i have 2 lose some weight

i can guarentee that you will lose 15-20 pounds in one month if you follow this exactly, however you will need to consult with your doctor first. ask if you will need a potassium suppliment, you will also need to take a vitamin once daily and vits b12.
drink 1 gallon water per day, break up into group(8 oz. 8 times daily)
6 ounces of protien per day, must be wieghed with food scale prior to cooking (skinless chicken breast and white fish only)
16 ounces veggies per day, pickles, olives, salads.
2 servings fruit per day(6 sm. strawberrys, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 cantelope)
no bread, pasta, potatoes, carbs, no soda but you can have diet drinks soda, diet gum ok, no diet candy!
this diet is extremly hard the first week, you must be carfull not to over eat once you have lost your desired wieght. good luck

u might loose a lil less than 10 pounds or more.. but i guarantee you it will work

The fastest way is starvation. But that is really unhealthy. One way that I would suggest would be to drink TONS, I mean TONS of water. Once your body gets used to a lot of water a day, most of the fat in your meals will be drained right through you. Water helps to purify the body as well. You will also lose water weight because your body will trust that water will always be coming in, so it won't hold on to that excess water weight anymore. Hope this helps!

exercise daily.. some type of activity. As long as you are active, drink water and nothing that has sugar in it (like juices and sodas and stuff) and eat normal amounts of food you will find yourself loosing pounds fast.. just be consistent

Eat 3 lolipops a day for the next 2 weeks, or starve. Thats the only way you can do it.
