Vegetables has more Vitamin C and Fiber. The problem with eating more fruit and a lot of fruit is they can cause a lot of Diarrhea.

Eat lots of vegetables, a lot of fruit will give you a lot of trips out the back door to the cinder pile. Better yet, eat some of both.

A balance of both is the best. Fruits provide lots of fiber to keep muscles healthy and vegetables provide protein. Eat both and you should be fine :)

i'd say eating lots of veggies...especially green and yellow vegetables. fruit can increase your blood sugar.

veggies are better, they have lots of folate and ruffage and less sugar than fruit.
