Sure and not sure! You have not mentioned your present height. Though Tadasana, Chakrasana and Sarvangasana help to get the height increased, they have their limitations too. You are still in teen age, you can try these asanas. Just one or two inches you may get as an additional bonus. Your physical stature is geneologically predermined.

Attention I now it is not because of asanas but yoga should only be practiced by people with more then 16 years old, I was a Yoga instructor.

Do not do shirshasana nor nauli use kryas with moderation and attention with bhandas. Otherwise it should be safe. do not know if it heps increase height. The talasana and is a good position for that has well has frontal flexions but be aware real yoga is for people fully develop

Hey dude m a 25 yrs old Indian male n m 6'3, never did Yoga Asana in my life, but wat I did was 2 play loads of Basketball n swimming. So that might have helped me coz none of my family members r this much tall n besides dude u r 2 young. U still have more than 4 yrs 2 grow. Have an active lifestyle n I think havin regular sex also helps. Choice is yours but watever u do just remember 2 enjoy ur life, teenage is confusing but this is when u feel u can conquer the world so... Best of Luck :D

It hasn't been proven but i believe it does. The growth rate of teenagers bodies is tremendous, so stretching and working the muscles should help with growth.
