There is this boy that flirts with me and i really thought he liked me.I asked him out and he said no.He really is giving me the wrong idea if he doesn't like me. I asked him if it was because of peer presure and he said no, but I think he was lienig because he didn't look at me when he said it...he looked ashamed. we went on a feild trip and he had some of his friends sitting next to him when he got the note that asked him to go out with me. He still flirts with me...but not as much and there's not like a "connection" like there used to be. How do I know if he does like and if it was really what his friends thought??I really like him and he knows it because i told him. He wouldn't really look at me after I told him while later I started to talk to him again.

looks to me that all he ever wanted was jus a casual flirting relation n nothing more; while you seem to be more of a serious kinda girl in terms of this relation. no wonder when you wanted to take your flirting to the next stage, the "connection failed"! whatever the reason, unless he s convinced that he wants to go out with you he won't. just ve some patience and if you can find some private time with him, speak this over with him; better if u speak personally else speak on phone. and make sure both of you are frank in telling each other what the issues are so that both of you can arrive at a common conclusion.

He is probably just a flirt. If he flirts with only you, then he does and is probably ashamed, though he should be since he shouldn't care what other people think.

Just tell him you are still interested and give him your phone number, that way he can call you when his friends aren't around if thats whats bugging him. If he doesn't call, he is just weird
