I honestly don't see the big deal in it as long as you're not impaired by it. If you've got a beer in the cupholder to quench your thirst on a hot summer day and it's your first beer of the day, you're bac is under the legal limit and you're in no way impaired by the beverage I don't see it as a problem. Go ahead and jump all over me, but I think that talking on cell phones and applying makeup in the car while driving is much more dangerous.

Most places have laws against any containers of alcohol with he seal broken in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The exception is limousines and RVs are allowed to do it but only in the back part. I don't think its morally wrong at all especially if its your passengers alcohol.
Funniest thing I ever heard was someone wanted a beer to go when they were picking up a pizza for their family.

It's both illegal and morally wrong. Any amount of alcohol slows reaction time. A driver's license is a social contract, you agree to do your part to help prevent harm to yourself and others. There are very few accidents in the world, they're mostly preventable occurrences.

I had 2 glasses of wine at lunch with my lasagna, and had 4 pints of beer before I went to a concert, I drove home after the concert as I was feeling fully refreshed after jumping around for a few hours, I got breathalysed on the way home but registered zero. Much to the amazement of the police man I had just admitted having 6 drinks to.

Did I commit a crime, according to the rule of law no! Was it morally wrong to drive home? I don't really give a s_h_i_t!

Illegal --no open containers of alcohol allowed- no drinking and driving.
immoral--after you pull over and have a sip--you still have to drive again--making you a danger to yourself and others on the road.

From what i comprehend of your immigration guidelines: a million. those who're not interior the U. S. legally can not and could not have interaction in employment, so both of you (employer and worker) are breaking a provision of the immigration and nationality act. 2. once you employed the alien, you had an settlement to compensate him for amenities rendered. regardless of the illegality of the act that you 2 have already committed once you employed and he agreed to be perfect for you, in case you do not pay him, that must be ETHICALLY incorrect as you're or gained't pay for the artwork rendered with techniques out of your worker.

IT IS ILLEGAL!

Even having the container in the front seat can get you arrested, but if you have it open, you're goin to the big house if you get caught.
In Ohio, anyway, probably the same in other states
