My lower back has been hurting. Do I use something hot or cold to relieve it?

you use cold first. do some stretches then use heat to relax the muscles

Gentle stretching, anti-inflamitories, hot packs, ice...all good ideas, just make sure that if it hurts for more than a week, or becomes severe, or starts to hurt in your leg too that you go see a doctor to find exactly what's causing the pain.

on a scale of 1 to 10 two!!! it harm lower than my ear lobes and healed in every week!! im the woman that screamed by way of a blood experiment so yeah i haven't any suffering tolerance.... however severely it does NOT harm!!!!! your lip will swell for approximately every week however after the First day consuming and speaking are first-class! i like my lip piercing and that i consider you must opt for it im 14 and that i bought it performed, thirteen is first-class!! do not concentrate to the idiots announcing crap :) hollie x

At 1st you should have an X-Ray for lumbosacral spine
meanwhile you can take simple analgesic and muscle relaxant
Hot foments and massaging could help
void setting for long and carrying loads

get someone to rub your back or get something from the store and plug it in it'l help lossen up the muscles
