How much will AP and H courses weight a GPA?

it depends on your school. Go ask a counselor or a teacher. Usually its 1 point weighted in High School, but be careful because many colleges "unweight" the grade when looking at your application.

Usually AP courses are 1 point more than a normal course and honors courses are half a point.
For Honors-- A=4.5, B=3.5, C=2.5, D=1.5
fFor AP- A=5.0, B=4.0, C=3.0, D=2.0

A=5
B=4

and so on...but it cuts off at certain points for each program, those are the only 2 im positive of
