Jesus said as he left Earth that he would return the same way that he left - in the clouds. So no, God won't "impregnate" another virgin named Mary, and unless you want to make a movie about a weird distorted end to the world, no movies will be made.

When God returns, the world will be experiencing the Rapture. God already sent his Son to die for our sins once he doesn't need to come back and do it again, that was the whole reason God sent Jesus Christ to live on earth. The rapture will be the complete opposite, the Christians (those who asked him to live in their heart) will be taken up to heaven. God Bless!
